What is the return and exchange process?

If you are unhappy with an item, you receive you may send the item back for a refund. Item must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include your order packing slip so that we can ensure the refund is applied to the correct account. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for review and replacement by email at support@innergleauxbeauty.com. Please ensure that you include your order number with your email for faster service. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If you email us at support@innergleauxbeauty.com within 24 hours of the order being placed, we will make the correction for you at no additional fee. If the request is sent after the first 24 hours there will be an address change fee of $5.00 to update the address.

How is communication completed?

Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time you place your order. Please do not DM us on any social media platform as we may miss your message and we want to be sure to address any issues or concerns immediately.

At this current time, we are accepting payments via ZIP (formerly known as QuadPay), Klarna, Affirm and any debit or major credit card.
